Growing up in Guadalajara as the daughter of a bodybuilding coach and gym owner, Andrea spent her childhood in gyms and helping her father create meal plans. Despite once swearing she’d never enter the health industry, she now draws on her rich background and personal journey to inspire and empower her clients.
